yesterday was the first day that had new york feeling truly spring-like. amidst the st. patrick's day visual clutter (cue the drunkards in beads and obnoxious hats), a lot of nautical elements--whether in architecture, jewelry, or window displays--adorned the west village. i still haven't found the perfect navy-and-white striped mariners shirt yet...but these touches of the Sea definitely reminded me to get on the hunt.

on deck: albertine / christopher 19 / grahame fowler
albertine was closed, but i will surely be back. christopher 19 is an absolutely beautiful jewelry boutique with pyrite and rose gold galore (my favorites) and the nicest owner (pictured above). grahame fowler is described as a place where, "like minded clothing Aficionados meet and greet at this off the radar men's haberdashery in Greenwich Village."
