i love citrus fruit in the winter: pink florida grapefruit, cara cara oranges, and most recently, satsumas. i'd classify them as a more tart, flavorful clementine...with the adorable addition of a green stem & leaf.

and if having them in a glass bowl on the countertop wasn't already chic enough, i love this DIY turning satsumas into candles !
